Time to decorate the tree

Tonight the kids got into their new Christmas jammies and we decorated the tree. They were very excited to see all the ornaments and help put them up. It was a fun start to the Christmas season.

Today we did our annual photo shoot for that perfect Christmas card. Well I took about 100 shots and got 3 good ones, the advantages of digital:) But it always fun to look back at the ones that don't make the card. My little hams put on quite a show for the camera this year!

Biking Fun

This weekend we took the training wheels off of Finn's bike and headed over to the Indian valley trails to practice. Finn was was all go and no brakes. He loved riding and didn't want to stop. Mackenzie was more slow and steady but she did great. She is building up her confidence every day. Emersyn brought her trike which she mostly wanted to push. It was a fun morning out with the kiddos.

Disneyland Day 3

Today was our final day at Disneyland. We asked the kids what they wanted to do again and tried to hit any rides we had missed. Kenzie wanted to ride The Matterhorn and Space Mountain. Finn's one request was Radiator Springs Racers, so Daddy got in the fast pass line again! Grammi and I took the kids to Monster's Inc and then the boys revisited The Tower of Terror. We spent the rest of the day in Disneyland riding the roller coasters and visiting with Pooh and Friends. We ended our day with a trip to Cars land and a ride on radiator springs racers. Then it was time to take Grammi to the airport. Jim took Emme and Finn with him while Kenzie and I had girl time in the park. We found the beignet shop and got a little treat. Then we rode around the park on the train until Jim came back to pick us up. It was such an amazing weekend with so many great memories! We are already looking for excuses to go again...  maybe to celebrate Emme turning 4?

Disneyland Day 2: California Adventure

Today we headed to California Adventure. Finn's one request of the trip was to go to on the new cars land ride. We met up with the Engler's again and the Dad's waited in line for fast passes while the Mom's took the kids and Grammi on Tower of Terror. Along the way we met up with Sully from Monster's Inc. We spent the morning playing in Bug's land. Then finally it was time to ride the radiator springs racers in Cars land. Finn got to ride with Daddy and Joey. He was so excited! Then with the use of parent switch pass he got to go again with me. He loved it, if there wasn't a 2 hour wait he would had rode it all day. We took a break in the afternoon to watch the Pixar parade. Then Jim and I enjoyed a roller coaster date on California Screamin. We ended our day with dinner at Ariel's Grotto where we got to meet the princesses.
