Fun at the Shore

Today we enjoyed a beach day in Milford, CT with Mum Mum and Collin. One of my favorite activities when visiting the East Coast in the Summer. The kids spent the entire time exploring and digging in the sand looking for creatures. They were able to find a few small crabs and would have brought them home if we let them.

Baking Time

Today Mackenzie and Abby had a playdate after swim practice. They decided to bake something from the Fairy cookbook we got from the library as part of the summer reading program.  They made Madeleine cake pops and snow queen punch. The girls were very proud of themselves and the cake was yummy! I opted not to try the punch:)!

Graduation Day

Today was Finn's big day! He graduated from preschool. Hard to believe my little man will be heading off to kindergarten in the fall. Finn received the "Dedication Award". He is very focused and always completes his work! We ended the morning with a special trip to Rustic Bakery with Joey.

Cousins

This weekend we got all the cousins together for the first time with the newest addition. So fun to see them all playing together. Collin was a star in my house! Everyone wanted his attention, especially Finn. He was so happy to have some boy time!

Beach Time

Today we headed out to Chicken Ranch Beach. It was chilly but the kids didn't seem to mind. They were in their bathing suits in the water exploring the tide pools. There was lots of digging and burying to be had. I think everyone enjoyed the morning.

Muir Woods

Today we played tourists with the Ouimettes/Webb's and visited Muir Woods. With a few snacks and some hot cocoa at the end we made it through. Afterwards we headed to Anne's for lunch and a little Bodhi time.
