Fairy Garden

We have a new fairy living in our backyard. Her name is Petunia. Mackenzie writes letters to her every night. She has lots of questions about fairy life. Her latest request is that Paige's fairy Periwinkle will come for a visit.

Crater Lake National Park

Today was day two of our drive home from Washington. We spent the day exploring Crater Lake. It was a gorgeous place, not sure the kids appreciated the beauty of it all, but they did like the gift shop. 

We finished our day in Dunsmuir California.  They just happened to have a train restaurant and hotel. Finn was pretty excited to eat dinner in a train. Afterward we walked around to see all the old train cars that are now hotel rooms.

Kayaking with my little man

Today was last day in Poulsbo and Jim had arrived so we left the big girls and Emme home with the Daddies and went kayaking. Finn loved being out on the water, but he didn't do much paddling just a lot of spectating. Out on the water we got a close look at the boats and lots of sea lions.

Port Townsend

Today we spent the day checking out Port Townsend. We stopped at the historical museum to see the old jail, ate at the local diner, went to the marine aquarium and played at the beach.
