Mackenzie got a gift certificate for riding lessons for her birthday from Grammi. Today was the first lesson and boy did I have one excited little girl. I made the mistake of telling her ahead of time. Every five minutes I heard "what time is it? "Is it time to go yet?" When we got to the stables she met her instructor and got fitted for a helmet. She was thrilled to find out she would be riding on Pumpkin. This is one of the ponies, she has ridden during camp and for her birthday party. She and her horse were off to the arena to work on different riding poses and horsemanship. Kenzie had a blast and was excited to tell me all about her lesson. She was mostly concerned about when her next lesson would be. She wanted to go again tomorrow!
